Rule #1: Never speak out of group/private chat while within the Round Table. Rule #2: Do not talk about the Round Table with anyone outside the Elven High Council. Rule #3: Never travel in groups while entering/exiting the Round Table. Rule #4: Never speak of the matters we discuss with anyone outside of the High Council, unless otherwise given permission by the High Prince.
