Snowy fields guild hall

The story behind the guild hall in snowy fields is much different then others. As to somes suprise the guild hall was built before it was inducted into the mages guild. The reason it was built was because of the owners of the town (tarannon and zerragon) had discovered ancient ascended ruins.  In this ruins, that were under the town itself they found a wall with much writing on it and what looked to be magic script on the wall. This led them to build the town in the first place, and in time the guild hall. Tarannon and zerragon hoped to find someone to run and manage it when they met a man named Ogland. it was many some years before he officialy became the leader of the guild. They thought he could scribe this magic script and find this long lost ascended magic. With the Arcane Mages approval Ogland began to go to work. A library was built and Ogland sat there for many days.  Trying to find its meaning.  Rumour has it he is still there to this day.  Trying to figure out this riddle the ascended left on the ancient wall.
