The lost ones Volume One

The lost ones has been around since the dawn of time itself. They have ensured peace and the balance of of evil and good are equal. From their secret fortress they conducted missions to purge the land of all things evil. They were 1000 strong and nothing could stop them from cleansing the land. They did not excpect however to be attacked from within, an apprentice known to his comrades as cleansing flame had become tainted and corrupt, although he did not know it yet. The following weeks would be filled with pain and suffering, loss and salvation. Cleansing flame had started to become tempted by Iblees again and although he still had control he was loosing it quickly. Knowing that the final day was upon them all CLeansing flame turned to his closest freind and ally, Callum the Frozen blade. Frozen Blade knew of only one way to stop the coming events but he did not tell his freind of the plan. The plan was to in the middle of the night kill cleansing flame, as this was the only sure way to ley his freind to rest at peace. The plan however failed as clensing flame leapt out of the shadows and pulled callum to the floor with a knife to his neck. Callum managed to struggle out of the hold but caught in the eye with the blade. When he turned around cleansing flame was gone. Knowing of the coming events he rallied the forces at the fortress to prepare for the final day. As dawn drew closer bringing along with it the final day, the brave soldiers manned their positions. Then it started with balls of magical hell fire fly over the walls and destroy houses and towers. :: The undead horde broke down the main gate and poured on through killing anyone who stood in their way. Captain Krashiun was in the front lines halting a horde of zombies from getting over the main street barricade. With this moment of peace Frozen blade led a squad of men through through the back alley way escorting people out of the fortress and into the forest so that they can hide. When Frozen blade made it back to the barricade he could not see any sign of the guards or the captain, all he could see was a flaming barricade destroyed by zombies who where now at the palace. Frozen blade watched from the rooftops as he saw the lifeless corpses of the High guardian, the council and the guards and captain all lying on the ground with cleansing flame standing with the orb of power in his hands. With one final act of desperation Frozen blade leapt of the roof and onto the floor infront of Cleansing flame. He then drove his sword through the tyrants heart and in a flash of light everything evil dissapeared. The last act of the Lost order was to scatter the Books of the order all across aegis. And legend has it that whoever finds all four volumes of the book and unlocks it's secrets can Join the order and cleanse the evil from the land once more. :: To find the second volume Solve the riddle (In the high city of laurelin stands, the tree of knowledge where the second book lands)
