Today was a stormy day. I travelled from KOTF HQ to the Snow Fields. I will go forward to investigate the undead fort when dawn breaks. My superiors are worried about what they're plans are, that's where I come in . :: Kyle and I's type scouting mission wen't semi well today. . We were told to find three spots for future watch towers. I found spots for 2 of them, but th e other place I had in mind was blocked off. :: Today was a crazy, but amazing turn of events. Chris my Captain in KOTF I just learned was taken student by Cataris to become a mage in the Archmage guild! What's just as exciting is that Chris said he will take me as his student once he becomes a full fledged mage! Today my comrad and I found out that the Snowy Fields had discovered ruins of the Ascended. We are returning to the town soon, he is becoming a mage and a few weeks. Hopefully soon me after. I took part in defends the Snowy Fields from invasion of the undead. The siege lasted only 2 or 3 days but it was painful. We lost many brave soldiers to the undead. :: A few days after the defense of the Snow Fields all of us held of any more undead advance. We made a siege camp and a wall near the entrance to their fortress. For a week we were able to hold them off. Our camp had a hospital, command post, and tower. After seven or eight days the undead charged though. First they weakened our numbers with they're minions. Then the actual Undead charged and we lost the camp. :: It's been a week or so since we lost the siege camp to the undead. my commander chris who is going to become a mage is leaving the KOTF. I knew ever since I joined him I would leave it eventualy. Soon Chris will begin his Journey to become a Mage in the Mage's Guild. Soon I will be leaving the KOTF. So much is going on. Once Chris begins his training I don't know where I'll go. I'm buying a house in Anvilion, but I still need to contact the Saint Daniel so he can make i t. I hope Chris does well in his studies. I hope to one day follow in his tracks and become a member of the Mage's Guild as he will. I am trying to find a few books on Magic. They are hard to come by if you aren't in the Mage's Guild. I know Chris said he would take me as an apprentiece when he becomes a Mage, but I want to start studying and learning now. I have a friend named Tom who also wishes to become a Mage in the Mage's Guild. I hope one day if he and I make it in we will become even better friends. I owe everything to Chris. He's the one who gave me this great offer. He's an amazing mintour and friend. :: It is as though god has shined light on me. An inn keeper named RHcrow sold me his old estate for 3500 minas. The estate is one of the nicest houses i've ever seen and for a good price. I have to fix her up I got a discount of 500 minas since it was run down. His new estate he made is amazing too. I still owe him 2100 minas which I will pay him over time. Good news is it has a study with a mini library and several books he wrote! Time to start reading. :: As it turns out Chris needs to talk to RHcrow. I suspect Crow is in the Mage's Guild. He has talked about " I study Arcane Magic". Also since Chris needs to speak to him about permission it's just more obvious.  :: It has been a week or two since I last wrote in my journal. Not much has happened. Chris and I found ruins though. Chris had been wanting to see Crow the man who sold me my house and made himself a new one. I had my thoughts that he could be in the Mage's Guild. He talked with Cataris an Arch Mage and Crow. I left them be with their talking. :: The past week I have been studying about alchemy and the history of magic. I learned that a boy named gabrial saved the cloud temple from iblees. I hope to learn more about this gabrial. And mor about the powerful wizard Availer, and the undead lord Iblees.
