New Guard System KOTF

The new guard system is meant to maximize the guards progress in protecting our home, as well as increase there pay (Minas, Rank) as well as keep those horrible bandits away. The system will implement using a "one week" guard post. This will allow each member to know ahead of time where and when the will be on duty. Also an extra pay will be provided to those who agree to be a guard. For example. Guard1 will go to tower3 and stay in that area for a weeks time (5 minecraft days) for a total of 4 weeks untill the cycle is restarted. This will protect our home, and satisfy our my at the same time. Guards should be provided with Iron weponry and armor to minimze harm in case of attack. IN CASE OF UNDEAD ATTACK: If there is ever an attack. The guard will get some Flint and Steel and light a fire on the top of there tower. Alerting anyone near by.
