Recently, we have had ventures to the North. Our latest had a group of about 13 people and resulted in the recruitment of 3. All but 4 of these 13 died, and I was one of the few to survive. In my opinion, the deaths were due to a lack of strategy and planning and overzealous battlecries by a few of the group. After the main group died (us 4 held back, knowing they would be slain) we attempted to make bases. There was a grave guardian there who would not let us, but Ser'tok and myself were able to create one forward operating base. From there, we planned to dig tunnels under the great undead keep, this in order to invade them safely, of course. I began digging a tunnel when Recruit Pulley found a large tunnel to under the ice made by the Undead, so I stopped making the tunnel. It is my opinion that we will need to make the tunnels and several hiding holes in order to make any headway in this battle. Since I had to stop this tunnel, I dug around so I would not be near the Undead tunnel, and found a chest at the end of my tunnel. It was in a room made by the Undead, and had much gear. I looted all that was worthwhile, and I put it into a chest in the fort to be analyzed by Ser'tok fo r the taint. That is all I have to say on the most recent raid to the North. end
