This book tells the tail of Twilight Storm. Inside you will find information about his life. His life began in a small cottage located within the forest surrounding the great city of Laurelin. He lived  there happily with his family for many years and learned to love nature.  "Nature is everywhere and everything. Even the smallest ant is a part of nature." His father once said.   Around the time of Twilight's fifteenth birthday his home was attacked! The aggressors were followers of the Undead. Right before the attack happened Twilight's mother hid him in the cellar of their cottage. After doing this she went to  his father fight the Undead followers. They fought bravely but in the end both were slain. Hours later when Twilight thought it to be safe he emerged from the cellar. He emerged to find both of his parent dead on the floor of their home and all of his possessions gone. This  scarred and panicked the young elf. During his panic he fled his home going deeper into the forest. He lived alone in the forest with nature for it  was the only thing that comforted him in life. He lived alone in the forest for about ten years. About the time of his twenty-fifth birthday  he spotted a young elf walking through forest alone. He asked the elf what he was doing out in the forest all alone and told him it dangerous. The elf replied saying that his village was destroyed by Undead followers of Dwarven descent about a week ago. Feeling bad for the young lad Twilight gave him some bread and asked him to live with him. He did this because he knew the pain of losing a family. The young elf accepted and procliamed that his name was Volthias, Volthias Dramos. Twilight was very entertained by the name and took him under his wing. They made periodic trips to Laurelin to sell the lumber and animal hides they collected. During one of these trips Twilight decided that Volthias had come of age to wield a sword so he bought him a brand new iron sword. Volthias was amazed that his new older brother would buy him such an item. As soon as they returned to their home he immediatly went off into the forest to slay some spiders. This was not his best idea for after he killed one spider about three more popped out of the web and surrounded him. He though that his time had come, but suddenly from out of the bushes Twilight burst with bow in hand and shot off two arrows with blazing speed at the spiders . Two of them fell where they stood as Twilight produced a sword and proceded to stab it into the last spiders head, killing the beast. As Twilight brought Volthias back to their camp he gave him a lecture on why he should not go into the forest alone. Volthias learned from this experience and became a better swordsman from it. After about fifty years of life in the forest both decided that it was about time to go and do something new. They left the forest to find a good career that involved killing the Undead. They traveled and traveled until they arrived at Kal'Urguan. Once there they spoke with an elf, Thimble was his name. He was but a year older than Twilight and told them of the United Aegis Coalition and their cause. Both Twilight and Volthias thought that the UAC would be a great cause to join so they accompanied Thimble on the White Road on the way to Haven and the UAC. Once they arrived at the UAC they met a dwarf who also wished to join their noble cause. Volthias was a little cautious at first but soon learned to trust the fellow. The dwarf's name was Blaedr Stouthammer. He was a very likeable fellow adept at building and crafting. The three of them approached the UAC base together whilst Thimble went on to talk to the Ascended. Once the three had arrived at the UAC base they were met by UAC Lt. Erik who told them that in order to join they must speak with Sornof, but instead of talking to Sornof they them that in order to join they must speak with Sornof, but instead of talking to Sornof they talked to UAC Captain Maur who inducted them into the order. After they were given housing and such they were greeted by the great and wise Sage Arcadius who made them official members of the UAC. Soon after that the three went and furbished their new homes. Once their homes were furbished Thimble arrived at the UAC base once more. He was then asked to remodel the chapel that the UAC had been building. Twilight, Volthias, and Blaedr all helped him with this task.
