Report on Alstion Town's Undead Activity 'Aug 17 - By Dralen Dralith

DO NOT REMOVE THIS BOOK FROM THE GOLDEN SUN'S LIBRARY WITHOUT SPECIFIC PERMISSION. As I enter the town, there is no sign of the guard. For that matter, there is no sign of anyone, in Alstion. This means that the material destruction will outweigh the populatory destruction, should the undead launch an attack on the town. Another alarming factor, is the location of Alstion relative to Unk. It was chilling to get so close to the fort alone. Having inspected Alstion's defences, I would say that if they were manned, they would be able to resist a plain assault from Unk until reinforcements arrived. I then proceeded to a small hideout that I and Orpheus visit often, and noted any undead acti vity. I stayed for 2 Aegis days, and managed to get an idea of undead behaviour. ;; :: 1. They are much, much more active at night. :: 2. When threatened, they prefer to summon mobs to dispose of enemies, rather than use lightning. :: 3. There is a strong concentration of them at Unk. :: 4. They have many traps around Unk, which are very effective. :: 5. Undead are impossible to defeat at range. :: In conclusion, if the undead were to attack a deserted Alstion, the town would be doomed. However, if the town had a sufficient amount of defenders at it, I belive it would survive. - Report by Dralen Dralith.
