2516 -title The Future of Oren: Operation Guardians colwin1 In the best interest of the people, and the protection of Oren from the Undead, the people must take action themselves before it is too late. The guards do not receive payment, and they do not care about the people. They only care about power, and glory. The king is a fool, who cares only about himself, the crown, and his money. He does nothing to protect the people, or fix up the city. He will not even send his own troops to combat the advancing Undead. Also, something tells me that we will never willingly give up his power. So for the future of Oren, we, the people, will take control ourselves. We are the people, and we know what we need. However, the sudden cut off of a rule by a king will be confusing for some. So we should keep a king as a symbol of power. We will also need one to take charge in the most dire of situations. So for teh future of Oren, let our current king fall, and let the people rise! Long live the people, united and free! Long live the people, in peace and security! ::We need to pay the guards, and get them on our side. They do not earn pay. So money will easily put them on our side. Also, we should gain an audience with the king, with "news" about the Undead's advancement. But during the assembly, the guards will cease everyone but the king prisoner. The king we should take ourselves. We will remove his crown, as well as his power. We will wall the bay, and the harbors. We will pay and train the guards. We will recruit more of them, as well, so that the city may be thouroughly watched. We will not keep money to ourselves. We shall not be corrupted by greed. Taxes will be lessened, seeing as our kingdom always has more money than we can use. The annihilation of the Undead will be our top priority next to improving kingdom defences. ::Since us, the Guardians, already have established relations with a few guards, we will not have trouble persuading them to join our cause. With no guards to make sure that the king does not fall hostage, we will take him prisoner. Lock him up, and present him to the public as the fool he is. Huh? We will take him prisoner, as I said, by prompting an audience with the king with intel of Undead army movement. If he does not want to anger the public further, he will accept our request for an audience. The rest of the plan from there, I have already explained. And in fact, everything I just said had already been summarized earlier in this text. ::By the time this is over, Oren will be a people's government. Working for no one but the people. This may be changed at any time. ::Written by Ardougnious.
