2603 The Life of a Druid jdpowercool The life of a druid can be harsh, some times. Not many people, not even the elves can understand us at times. However, we still stay strong. If a druid fails his duty as nature's protection... He accepts any fate that he must take, and takes responsibility for his failure. Unlike most people, Druids do not fear death, but embrace it. As long as nature lives on, so will th eir dreams, their wishes for the world. Druids are the proud magic users of the elves. Embracing life and death, casting lethal spells by giving life to something else. To be a true druid, one must not fear death. One must take it, and use it to create life. No druid should ever use his powers for anything other than protecting living beings from... Those who wish to eradicate all life in existance... Those who worship the devil himself, those who are held together by the coldest, darkest magic. Those who roam the Nether as if it was a peaceful place. The Undead. Life, and death Two halves that make one whole. Without death, people would be torturing themselves by living on and on. They would experience every joy in the world. And all the pain. Without life, nothing would exist for long. Aegis would overgrow all that we know. And the undead would rule. These two halves are always in contact, balancing each other. Without one half, the other would go on alone, growing cold along with the entire world. Peace can be maintained as long as these two halves of a whole stay in complete balance. As the undead press on, they put stress on the halves, tearing them further apart. If they cannot be stopped, and achieve their goal, chaos would strike the world. Everything would die and be reborn as...As an undead monster. However, without a threat, life can begin to take over. The world would become over-populated. And, once again, chaos would strike the world. All druids must understand that these two halves of a whole must be in complete balance. All druids, must understand that neither Evil nor good must succeed in order for us to survive. Without a threat, things become too easy to handle, and we would have such an abundance of everythin g, it would become too overwhelming. With something like the undead winning over the world... Nothing would survive. Within months, they would be in complete control of Aegis. To become a great druid...You must allow yourself to be guided by these laws and rules. To become a great druid, you must maintain the balance, and keep nature alive. Without tipping the balance, of course. This has been my book, I am La-Tahl of the Dark Elves, Druid.
