262 My Lone Travels vehikill In my time of venturing I have seen many glories and wonders, from the generosity of the people to the hoard of the forests. I set off in my travels to a land fabled to me as a great kingdom. Along a clean stone road, I past numerous people of different kinds, from Dwarfs to Orcs, most generous... Some not so... By these paths were villages and towns of great proportion all finely organized! But, by some were ruins of forgotten places, from where I infer happiness was. These ruins tell me that not all is right, and whatever it is, is hidden. By nightfall, I was starving if not for a village inn keeper offering me a free stay and bread. I thank the innkeeper occasionally nowadays with tips. Over my travels I would've struggled if not for his generousity. I past Whisper Isles. A large town with a fine lord. Many houses lay there but I cannot find work, and the placement is inconvenient. I hear there is a overpopulation as so, but I hear they are developing more lodgings. Soon after I came to, I think... Kamaroe village? The place of the nice InnKeeper. A smaller town but very nice and more so organized. With their shops and housing. It would have been a nice place to live in but I must move onward. By next nightfall I reach Oren. As they say... It is a grand kingdom. I find the houses all occupied and the streets bare of people. But I find work! Work as a Guard for the Kingdom of Oren. I accept, because I feel Oren is to beautiful and great to be defiled. But I hear rumors... Of bad tales of people trying to overthrow the reign of the king. I applied as a Guard to Oren and was accepted quickly at what I assume is a shortage. The General was a kind man, who supplied me with armor, I used it carefully, I have since lost it But he has supplied me with one more pair, and I shall be careful, I have even repaired it for battle daily. My work is fine and simple the pay is great, but the dangers are greater. I work all the time if I can to remove foul monsters from the roads of Oren and to. As I cannot find abodement, I travel back. Looking at my steps and where it has gotten me. I then stumble upon Salvador and Rinschers shop, at a very convenient location. It placed at a nice spot for my work and they repair and supply me with things I may need. As well as buy spoils of battles for a nice sum. Days after my employment, I set off to venture to the other lands fabled to me. I travelled to Kal Uruguan, I think it's spelled that.... A vast Dwarven kingdom. I must see it, as I have yet no abode, all I fear is it crippling my work of protecting Oren. As I travel to Kal Uruguan I find Kal Aras, a massive castle perched atop a mountain. I am astounded that is not their Capital! I am led to it, to seek its innards of Kal Aras. But I find the gates locked! A Dwarf then comes to the gate and opens it up for me, and he brings food! I am grateful as I was in desperate times and help in my travels to their kingdom. I quickly set off for Kal Uruguan. Led by words of the kind Dwarf. I reach a small settlement with wood structures outside Kal Uruguan and am astounded. at their work, and it has since raised my thoughts for these Dwarves. I travel the path, to Kal Uruguan and enter their grand hall. I am even more amazed by their work To see their structure have been dug out and carved into a kingdom. As I walk the halls I notice the fine pillars ornately carved and brushed clear of debris. The flat smooth stone with the merchants stalls lining the hall. As I reach the center of the Capital I see a small castle in the center surrounded by a moat of thick lava, no doubt for their king. I search around their land and it is clean without a speck of dust. I notice their houses are built into the capital itself. The size of the chamber gives a air of greatness and power to these Dwarf people. I walk around their capital only to notice that I cannot find or purchase a abode. This saddens me, a little, due to the fact I have seen a great wonder. Time is short, live lay eyes on the great wonders.
