The beauty of the nether

My portal is almost complate. Just a couple more obsidian blocks. Already I can feel it pulling my into itself. It has just such an inviting look. I am still afraid that the neighbours will try to investigate my home. For i have heard that the portal itself produces a loud sound. I will lock my front doors now. I do not anyone bothering me in my research. I wonder how it looks. I have read a book of a traveller that actualy entered the nether. He says that a mortal being cannot live there for too long. He says that there are beings there that we could never imagine. I will see this for myself.
