(E2) Undead in Al'Khazar?

In Al'Khazar, picking up new books, I noticed a figure in bright red robes, a kind associated with the undead plague to the north :: The guards seem hesitant to approach the figure, but many peasants bothered it haphazardly. It confirms my disgust for these commoners. How easy they seem to throw their lives away, their idiocy, their complete lack of... :: Anyway, hiding in a nearby house, I saw how the figure slowly moved into the fountain. He seemed barely present, responding to the peasants in curt and hissing answers, barely aware of their presence. :: It commited to leaving when the guards approached it on account of its robes, and vanished shortly afterwards. :: If it truly was a supporter of the undead liches threatening the north, I do not know. But, imposter or not, I feel like I will soon come across more of its kind.
