The laws with * means they do not applie to Oren Guards. 1. No swords are allowed unsheathed in a public area.* 2. No standing on the cities roofs or walls. * 3. No gaining entry into the city unless you have came throught the gate.* 4. No black robes are permited in the whole of the city. 5. No entering the Gate house or the military ward, non-guards will be killed on site.* 6. No theft or mugging. 7. No assaulting citizens. 8.
