The first thing you need to do is to make sure your bow and arrows are not broken in any way. Next thing is to make sure you got nice and sharp arrows for the hunt. Now you're ready for the hunt! When you spot your prey make sure to identify it. If it's a zombie pigman make sure to get close to it and look again. On the day atleast becouse the sun usally trick your eyes. On the night it's good to go from a distance. Spiders are fast so stand away from them as long as possible. The rest are not a problem if you follow these rules: Rule number 1:Keep your bow steady on the first attack to get maximum hit chance. Rule number 2:Refrain from panicking so that you don't fire all your arrows at once. Rule number 3: Wait until the prey is close before you start to walk backwards to get maximum precision. Rule number 3 should not be used against skelleton bowmans becouse they have a long distance attack too and you will be killed if you don't get back.
