Celistine, the beautiful city on a lake. This magnificent place was founded by Latsi.  He was joined by others who sought the same goal as himself, to create a safe-haven where people can live and trade in peace. Celistine was designed to keep those who enter safe from all evil's of the world. With a world plunging into violence, there needs to be a place where people can enjoy the peaceful wonders of life and stay away from the burdens of Aegis.
