3379 Storm's Journal 2 NightlyShadow Entry #6: After a fight against the undead, I was killed by lightning. The pain was quick, but excruciating. I found myself awake again before I could be in Death's grip by mages. I owe them my life. In Oren, I met a human who had the same dreams of adventure and quests as me, named Eranir. I also met Loma, another dark elf, who owned a casino. He offered me and Eranir a free round at the slots, which I won 20 mina from, fortunately. I offered to bring Eranir back to Tur'Elvenor, which he accepted happily. We agreed to meet back at King's Road. While I was waiting for him, I saw many lightning strikes pounding the ground: a sign of the undead! I quickly found my way over there, easily defeating every one of them along with another ten others. However, the Iblees saw me as a threat and overwhelmed me with the lightning that overwhelmed me and killed me instantly. When I woke, Malin bless those mages, I headed back to Tur'Evelon. On my way there, I met the great man himself, High Prince Native, along with Achilles, who I think was also of royal elven blood. I make a note and vow here that I will give any spare rescources I bear to them. It was a high honor to meet them. I reached Tur'Evelon in the high morn'. I headed to the market and bought this book, along with other essentials. I will never forget the cold abyss I felt as Death crawled towards me. Nor will I forget the faces of the mages who brought me back. I was down in despair when I lost my bow, Silzar. However, out of sheer luck or destiny, Prince Native gave me a bow for my travels, and it happened to have the marking only Silzar had! I could control my astonishment and happiness in front of the prince, but once I was out of ear shot, I celebrated. For now on, I am keeping it at home, unless I am absolutely sure I will live through a journey. The same goes for a journal. I hope I can make my father proud.
