It seems like the small town of Kal'alrs (somthing like that) is going to merge with the AFF by providing housing and making some kind of coulsil . Later on, The aff might also merge with the White Ravens . : Counsil : the counsil will have 2 "Pro counsil" members that will act as leaders . One for state and one for war. Then, there will be a High Counsil with there leaders and a lower counsil with members of each trade.
