Mining Regulations of Kar'Alf

Mining can only take place outside of the walls of Kar'Alf but extensions to houses DIRECTLY underneath of houses is allowed. Mine entrances must be concealed and out of view from the walls and must not light up the surrounding area. Mine shafts are not allowed underneath of Kar'alf all shafts must extend away from Kar'Alf. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine , banishment or execution.
