In this book are all the rules, jobs, do's and don'ts written with respect to th employment. :: In the 'Reformed Church of Aegis and nearby districts' we have the following order: :: :: ::::: God; the Aegis God, our truth.::: Upper Pastor: This person is responsible for the whole church, and leads it through Gods word. He is the head of the whole council (After this: Synod). He can write books. ::: Pastors: Pastors are responsible for one of a few churches. The have a vote in the Synod. They can write books after they are approved by the Upper pastor. :: : Missionary: These people are starting a church. To do evangelism, education in a country where people are not very religous active. They have to be at the Synod, however they dont have a vote. :: : Members: These people vote for a pastor and for their church and are a member of one of the churches, and help and donate them :: :: :: We have rules for every employment in our church. Because of these rules, the organization can function properly. :: Local missionary post: :: A local reformed mission post is sponsered by the whole reformed church. All pastors need to help build them, and members can donate minas for the missionaries. Missionaries need to bring the word of God, and the doctrine of the Reformed Church. If the synod decides to shut down the mission post (what happened in Krugmar twice), the missionary needs to stop immediately with his evangelism. :: Local Church: :: Members of a local church need to respect the doctrine of the church. They'll have to be respectful against the pastor that leads their church. If all members want a new pastor they can remove him. However the members first need to consult with God and the upper pastor. The Upper pastor is responsible for the Big reformed church near the Aegis temple too. There is his home. It is forbidden to drink ale in a church. Swearing will not be accepted :: Reformed church organization: :: The synod has a meeting every month. There they discuss about God, and things that are happening in our world. Like war or wicked developments. The synod manages the minas , the church buildings, and the pastor homes. And they appoint missionaries. The pastors can vote for an upper Pastor. In the synod they approve written books too, and they can remove Pastors who dont preach the word of God and our church.
