Only recently has the great importance of my mission really hit me... Only recently have I realized how the Undead forces have affected not only the citizens of Aegis, but my family. I have been reading my father, Ademas', writings. He tells of the sorrow he felt, the sorrow everyone felt... And recently I have discovered that it's getting closer to home than a family I never knew. I went back to the inn I grew up in to tell my mother of the recent events, only to find out she had been killed for getting in the way of an Undead scout's duties. :: :: I have now realized why my father kept fighting, and valiantly at that. I intend to live up to the name Ragthieu. And make sure my father's legacy lives on. :: :: I have been training in the ways of the blade, throwing away my wishes to become a blacksmith. :: :: I wil l not stop until peace has been restored to Aegis... I have been training day and night. When the final battle comes, I will be ready. Ready to make my father proud. Ready to honor my family. :: :: Leesbi co ark vo Medasa! May Iblees fall by the blade of Medasa, father of Ademas and my grandfather! :: :: I have just receaved terrible news... (( recieved* )) :: :: Times are changing... I haven't written in a while, but so much has happened. The sages, the leaders of the ascended, have left us. They've left Aegis. This has resulted in many attacks on the nations of Aegis. I faught in the battle for Laurelin. I believe the Orcs were also attacked and Alras. :: :: I have seeked out what is left of the Ascended, but they seem to be losing hope. There are so few that remain vigilant, so few that keep fighting. I have also been having strange dreams, dreams of my father. The first time I saw him , he looked so sad... Then a woman, with a light behind her so blinding I could not see her face, grabs his hand. I always wake up sweating, my heart beating rapidly. :: :: Now I don't know what to do... I am making the best of the current situation until I find out what I must do. I will be a gate guard at an upcoming event, Dunfest. At the new Halfling town, Dunwood. This should help keep my mind off things...
