Observations of Strange Pearl

i Henry Warner found this pearl when i killed a weird black creature. It was three blocks high and it was all black like obsindian . It also has this weird purple essence coming from it. It also walks on weird quid like legs. the actually pearl was a weird blue blackish color. Then we tryied to heat it but nothing happend. then we threw it down from a high point and it cracked. Then it reformed its self. It must be some kinda force  of the undead.
