4098 The Undead, Iblees and Spiritual Suppression Jerry_Man The undead beleive what they are told to beleive. Contrary to my own desire that they live with a more enlightened perspective on the world, the worshippers of Iblees are glorified puppets. ::They foolishly beleive that Iblees' power is equal to God and they suffer no consideration that this period of liberated darkness shall draw to its end and God will banish them all to an eternity of suffering. ::Beseeching them for knowledge I found none. They were blinded by the little power they were given and ever fearful that Iblees would be discontent with their contribution but only so much as Iblees commands them. They have lost all personal desire to learn and connect with others. They've become like a circus dog doing tricks for its master. ::They beleive nothing spiritually exists but that which Iblees informs tham. I was foolish to expect that such inextinguishable hatred was in any way related to God. ::Iblees rebelled and wasthus expelled from God's presence, leaving behind all happiness, freedom and love. The undead follow a twisted and villanous creature who has been trapped in his torment so long that he only finds joy in others' torment. ::Iblees hates us mortals because God loves us unconditionally, and even if we were to fail, as he did, we would still receive his love. Iblees is motivated by his pure hatred towards God and, consequently, the people of Aegis. The attacks against us serve no further purpose than to bring Iblees a glimpse of his forbidden happiness. He will never stop these attacks for as long as we suffer because of them. ::We are God's pride, he would never leave us to be consumed by this shadow. That is why we will win this war. That is why we will triumph over the shadow. Because we must.
