preamble: we, the guild The Guardians, wish to ally with and Join forces with the Oren Guard, and wish to make the following agreement, to benefit both parties. this agreement shall benefit The Guardians by granting them these privledges: CLAUSE 1: The Guardians, as a independent guild, shall have PARTIAL ATHORITY in dealing with ALL MATTERS involving the Undead, in the lands under the jurisdiction of the Oren Guard, not including ANY CITY guarded by THE OREN GUARD. This PARTIAL ATHORITY shall grant the following Freedoms to THE GUARDIANS: Clause 1: ALL UNDEAD found in the teretories NOT INCLUDING ANY CITY, under the jurisdiction of the OREN GUARD, may be investigated and dealt with by THE GUARDIANS with the following Exceptions, whcih may be moddified by the High Constable of the Oren Guard, with 3 days notice: THE GUARDIANS may NEVER make an arrect, THE GUARDIANS may ONLY investigate and deal with UNDEAD, and may deal with them WITHIN LIMITS OF THE LAWS OF OREN:: ALL GUARDIANS shall be allowed to join an investigation by the OREN GUARD, in the role of ALLIED OBSERVER, and may aid in investigations:: ALL GUARDIANS, Within certain limits set by the High Constable of the OREN GUARD, shall have ANTONYMOUS AND LIMITED AUTHORITY in ALL MATTERS dealing with investigating and fighting the UNDEAD, Their ASSETS, amnd THEIR FOLLOWERs, which shell allow a member of THE GUARDIANS to deal with these matters as they see fit (in thesae matters, an officer in THE GUARDIANS shall write a full report on what occured, and shall hand deleiver it to a member of The OREN GUARD.) The GUARDIANS shall be treated as an independent allied force with limited athority in dealing with THE UNDEAD and their assets, and shall have their athority respected by all members of The OREN GUARD. :: ALL GUARDIANS shall HAVE SAFE PASSAGE IN AND OUT OF OREN DURING EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND DURING LOCKDOWNS OF THE CAPITAL CITY OF OREN. IN RETURN for these benefits, The OREN GUARD shall receive the following: ALL INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE GAINED BY THE GUARDIANS SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO THE OREN GUARD. :: ANY AND ALL INFORMATION GAINED BY THE GUARDIANS SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE OREN GUARD (And Vice Versa) 50% of all net profits, weapons, and food the guardians make shall be tithed to THE OREN GUARD, free of charge. Also, if the capital of OREN falls, we, THE GUARDIANS, Shall attempt to retake and rebuild the city with due haste. lastly, ALL OREN GUARD MEMBERS shall have UNLIMMITED and UNFETTERED acsess to THE GUARDIAN FORT, for use during any operations THE OREN GUARD does in the area surrounding the GUARDIAN FORT:: this concludes the peace agreement
