James Thatcher, child of Jon and Atricia,is a Northerner from Al'Khazar. His child hood consisted of goign to school and working in his fathers shop. His brother Michael, older by several years, was on his way to fight in the arena when he disappeare d . Shortly after this happened, Atricia was killed by a Thug who tried to rob her. Jon then killed himself leaving James alone, desperate and out of money. James then continued to lie off the streets for several years, finding scraps of food and finding very little Mina on the floor. James was then approached by Harvest Officer Heimdall, who offered him a job. James was taken in by the Golden Harvest at the age of 24. Now he is working as a guard for Lord Richard Goldens and is trying to make back his parents mon ey  so he can once again live in Al'Khazar.
