Experiments with Mind Altering Substances

The first experiment is with "Cactus Green", or relaxers, as some might call it. :: I convinced a friend to try it. :: Results: :: He could not answer my questions correctly... I don't know if it is because of his condition, or if it's normal for him. :: He seems slower than normal. ::Side effects: ::  A little bit of dissyness after use, it wears off within hours.  :: :: I recently encountered a man in Al'Khazar who apperently is addicted to "Sugar". :: The man snorts the sugar, and it brings him into a state of extacy, and it makes him very active.:: Side effects: :: A strong addiction. ::More effects on the brain are not yet know, but I don't think it will end well for the addict.
