10/2: I started in the warden base, I will Probably stay here all day, the meeting is today, so i am kinda stuck here. The meeting is in 2 hours... I am so Nervous, I hope not to mess anything up... AT the meeting, its all hell broken loose as we work to organize ourselves... I am sitting waiting as Quazar prepares to deliver his speech. This is what he said: Now the purpose of this meeting is to inform the members of the wardens of recent events and to organize native i am his replacement. I understand we have been disorganized as of late. I would like to reward thoughs who faithfully served the wardens and continue to to so. Now I would ask all initiates to step forward. you are now promoted to rank of guard. Durzio, Tarethiel, and Amaya, have been promoted. Now Please take your seats again . Elessar Please step forward. now please tepeat after me, I pledge my loyalty and honor to the Wardens of Malinor. I will honor and respect the rules and pbligations of the wardens. I will follow without question the orders given by offices of the wardens and I will not be dissmissed from the wardens without proper aproval. Congradulations and welcome. now all guards step forward. Except those that were jsut promoted. I will anounce who is promoted to the rank of Waywatcher Moonbeard, and Alex, That is all for now, this does not mean you will not be promotd in the near future, So please do not lose faith, Not please take your seats. Further promotions will be delt with on a more private basis. Now please step forward if you hold the rank of Waywatcher, Even the new ones. I will allow each of you to choose two guards for you squads. You will be in Charge of squads so we are mroe efective in battle . Felore is in charge of squad 1, alex of squad 2, and moonbeard of squad 3. this doesnt have to be completed as of now. I will put up a board in which you will lsit your squad members. Take your seats please. Ah, DArk rage, step forward. You are nw promoted to the rank of waywatcher . You will be in charge of squad 4. We will be setting those up soon. Now please take your seat. Gwahir, you will be in chage of sqaud 5. All current guards please line up. Gladeguards on my right, Eternal guards on the left. step forward sypher you are now promoted to Guard. Squad 1 will be a group composed of Gladeguards. Squad 4 will be composed of Gladguards as well squads 2, 3, and 5 will be composed of Eternal Guards. Bayron and Amaya are assigned to squad 1 Tarethiel you are assigned to group 4 Now, Sypher you are assigned to squad 4. saud 2 Icarus and Durzio are assigned to squad 4 Enelya is assigned to squad 5 Squads have been assigned, theere will be a squad board in which you may check you status of which squad you are assigned to  . because new members will be added as they come . take your seats .
