To the High Prince from Scribe Duvain. It has come to my attention that lots of the travelers wanting to begin a life within our great city does not have the knowledge of reading or writing. So as a Scribe i see that it is my top priority to extend the knowledge and educate those in need. So therefore i propose that we build an academy or a school so we can teach wisdom and knowledge to those who does not posses that teaching. Yours truly Scribe Duvain.
