I met the king today, nice man, helpful when he can be. I asked him for a job in politics.... Got asked to produce stone for construction... Not quite what I had hoped for. I've earned a fair few minas now from it though, i'm getting to know him a bit better, hopefully that means I will be able to get a better job in future. :: No respone on my application for the guard yet. There's a feast on saturday, guess I won't be going.
