Talks with Orc Warlord

Me , Talun and Tamara proceeded to speak with the orc warlord after you had to leave for some improt ant matters. When we arrived we told the warlord about the tolling booth and he said that he had never heard of it. The warlord then informed us that alot of orcs act on their own accord and claim to be working for somebody high up. Half way through Tamara had to leave due to personal matters to Felix came to replace him. Felix told the warlord about the current situation and Talun told him that relations with the orcs and humans had not been the best lately. The warlord then told us that there would be no war and again stated that orcs will kill loot and st eal because that is what they do and that they are acting on their own accord not his. Felix then spoke to them about taxing the orcs taxing people on the kings road and the warlord said that he did order that and we did not really get any further after that. So at the end of the talks we found out that there would not be a war but it seems that the orcs wil l continue to tax people on the kings road.
