proposal for new internal wall for Al'khazar

Al'khazar's inner wall is undefendable in its current state this was proved a week ago. The wall is too low for guards to stand a chance agaisnt attackers. Its gatehouse consists of nothing more then a small door way. Now I propose a new inner wall and gatehouse be constructed so the guards can protect the public. I Aldric Vaughan can complete this task for 20,000 minas. If You agree I would redo the wall from the keep to the warf and build a new gateway. I would supply my own materials, labor and have a workshop large enough to finish such a project. The price is small compared to the lives of the citizens of Al'khazar.
