Target: Meagan the Vile. Crimes: Atempts at the king's life. Description: Meagan is female, with blue eyes, and black hair. Wears a cloak, black, red trim. Personal Notes: ...she seems... non hostile. Instead of trying to kill me and Red when we had her ca ptured, she ran. This could probably be a trick, but, I am ordering that, if she is captured, she is not to be harmed and instead to be handed to me for questioning. Current Status: Alive, I presume, but missing.
