The Land of Arvender

The land of Arvender is a faroff land from the Aegis. It is populated mostly by Elves and men but there are also dwarves and orcs dwelling in it's cities. Tis a land of wonder and purity but also of great inspiration and creation. In the capital city Eridryl the rivers run gold and the sky is clear as the purest diamond. The land is of great natural wealth and that is it's downfall. Many outsiders come to the land seeking riches and bring violence with them. Where blood has been spilt the land turns a blacked color scorched of purity and life, left baren for the death collectors those in the hooded robes that stalk the land. They are older even than the elves. But they are a forsaken race devoit of compasion or love. There story is parallel to the creation of this land I write about. They were once a race born of light and life, children of the stars. They lived without fear hate anger or pain, but were warned not to wander from the land. One day a curious one seeking knowledge stepped off the coast of
