welcome to my book This is my guide to farming, First of all your going to need a hoe you may craft one like this C=Cobblestone S=Sticks C C [] [] S [] [] S [] now that you have a hoe it is time for you to gather some dirt. Now that you have gotten your Hoe and your dirt, You now need a Bucket and a water source Now that you have your bucket you should now go and get some water. Very good now for the most effif cient way for farming you should put your dirt into a 5x5 Array like fassion. Now remove the middle block and place you water carefully into it. Now till all the land you just placed. Now once you have planted your seeds your wheat should be ready to grow in about 2-4 Days! Unless you want to grow melons, If you wish to grow melons/pumkins your going to need the same 5x5 a rray. And put a LINE of water in it, Perferably right down the middle Then plant your melon seeds on only ONE side of the side of your farm.
