It is surprising this book is still in one piece: its pages are crinkled as if it has been soaked several times, the cover is marked with several bootprints, the pages are covered in spilled ink, various different colours of blood are caked onto its pages, and the book is blackened from what seems like an incineration attempt. :: Despite its clear use and abuse, the pages of the book are conspiciously blank, with not a word or drawing written upon them. The cover is similarly unmarked, save for a few runes, mostly obscured by the fire damage, written in an old elven tongue.
