6142 emberhard's explorer journal emberhard Right as I decide to explore the undead begin to sege the city of of alras And I happen to stumple upon it If I die in defence of this city which I have no cenection to, I pray someone return this to my home town, magnus animas :: emberhard Irba, 25 of Malins Welcome, 1329 ;; the deffence of the city was a smashing succees I saw seventh there, so at least there was one familiar face, we fought brilliantly, However I think I was the only elf there, on that note it seventh an elf, I will have ot get a look at his ears.... wait, I don;t think it is over, there is much lightning now the cloud temple came under attack ::test :: Joma, 13th Of The Deep Cold, 1330 I have stumbled upon A grand set of stuctures in construction near serpent ridge, I tried to investigate but I have other buisness to attend to at the moment In the darkwood forest I found ruins of an old fort called "creeper outpost" . It could not have been there long as I don't recal it last I came through, but whatever it was it is gone now :: this thing is so bloody unorganised, with misspellings and mess... :: sabet, 14th of The First Seed, 1331 I once again set out to explore the Human nation, as last time I was rudly interupted . It was rude but very exciting, in fact I take back the rude part. I have returned to Alras, it is a very buetiful, very larg city, but I don't like it It is too stony, all the houses look the same, and it is too big, but maybe that is just the elf in me talking.. Their farm is stupidly massive, this whole city is stupidly massive. A portal has opened up near the cloud temple I am travleing with a group today, so I must wait for them the catch up. The portal led through a terrible passage that wast dark and spider filled but I made it out onto a buetifal island I explored the island endlessly, I found plenty of clay, but got seperated from the group I managed to find the white raven camp, although it is not looking to good, I was expecting more people to be here, which got me thinking, exactly how many WRs are there? Are they really as strong as I once thought? I hope so, they are good people and I might as well be one of them, hell I consider myself one! Our neihgbors are a guild called the Shad'Rin... Ive never hears of em... :: I made a supply run back home, adn I needed to check up on things . One thing I forgot to mention is I wore the same armor into the new world that i faught at the cloud temple in, it seemed apropiat. I returned to the new world, I showed a strange man around, never even got his name... I am going to explore the elven area a bit, see what has gone up I found Dycarean ( a hoobit from our town) While I was pokeing about He had found some amazing ruins, I am going to stay here with him and study them we studied them all night one thing I found intersting is the blue and gray wool It maches the wool in the caves at the start of this land, also there seems to be the same conection but with redston. we found a lever at what apears to be the main entrance, but it dose nothing. We ma have found a way in, there is a ledge, that looks like we might be able to jump to we tried all day trying to make that jump, but to no avail, it was very frustraiting it looks like we should be able to make it, but all we endup with is hurt legs. We are trying to go to the FoA for help, but we are unable to find them, they have better supplies than us, but they still manage to elude our search :: Emberhard, Ahad, 22nd of Suns Smile, 1331 :: We found them, but they were not much of a help, the popularity of the temple has greatly increased as well. :: I took a brake from studying the temple for a while, I built a gaint fort, called fort Molassus. :: I have decided to make my way back to the ruin study camp, I am suprised everything is still here. I found a large cave system outside the temple, I will explore it to try and find an entrance :: Briliant! I have found a way in!!! It is very dark, and it is still the cave, but i can see ruins, all about the inside of it! there are spiders everywhere! There is thunder and lightning all around! can hear ghasts..... the last time I heard those was in deffending the cloud temple. I made it to this beautiful treasur room! I finaly made it out of the temple, I touched nothing, and I alon know the way in. The temple looked briliant, it was briliant, and I was proud to explore it :: Joma, 13th of Snows Maiden, 1332 The verge has become a much more hostile place to live Me and a Dwarf have teamed up to make a magnificent fort, Fort Ultimum Stabit. It looks Briliant, that and it is the safest place in the Verge, through experimentation and a hunch I found that monsters in the verge are able to spawn on grass no matter how much one lights it, but not on cobble, so I completly covered the floors with cobble. She looks beautiful, I am proud to have built this fort. Sence the Verge has become more hostile many have left it, Cities and forts have been abandon it seems we, and our friends in a fort to our west are all that remain, and they are just barely hanging on, everynight they fight of the spiders, our fort remains safe, and I have invited them to stay, but they don't want to give up just yet, more power to them. I look over the walls of Fort Ultimum Stabit and I see the hoards of spiders in the forests and trying to scale her walls, and then I think about how fortunate I am to have such a safe haven, and of all those who died fending off the beasts of the verge. :: Emberhard :: I set out to see who all remained sence the verge bacame hostile. there are a few, but they all tell stories of friends dieing, or town overun :: I returned to my home town of Corvus, to find the citidel had been atacked I could not stay for long however as I had to return the the verge. :: Kamees, 26th of Snow Maiden, 1334. It has been a while sence I have put in an entry. The situation with the wardens was figured out. I think the verge has lost its venom, the days last longer, there are less spiders and more pigs and cows now. It is a good thing, but somewhat depressing as that was one of my favorite parts of the verge It made it so much more fun to live here, and now that is gone.
