Scouting Report ::  First place i covered was the sewer city in Al'Khazar. I figured that they may have 'claimed' it like they claimed our HQ a little while back, but that search turned up empty, though there is only one way in there now... something to consider I then headed North East of the Harvest HQ. I found out in the waters a huge boat, which turned out to be a pirate vessel... Now the black hand are slavers, so that may be a part of their organisation, but i am unsure . I moved further NE and found a Settlement, this is a prime spot for possible Black Hand set tlement. In there i found a stronghold, with a sign in front of it saying 'THIS LAND WILL BE IBLEES'. I also found another sign inside labling a room 'Political Prisoners  This stronghold certainly looks like a place that they will move too. But at the moment it looks deserted .
