6213 -title The Siege Of Dal Groguan D3LLI5 The arrow whistled by, halved strands of hair difted slowly to the floor, Bob didnt flinch. The pigmen crushed against the walls of Dal Groguan, cracks splintered up the stonework and masonry tumbled to the cobbles below. The civilians screams were a million miles away. Homes burned to the ground in showers of smouldering ash. The blood of countless guards ran in torrents off the ramparts and onto the baying hordes below. Still, Bob remained still, a statue on the majestic defenses. :: Contrary to his outer appearance, his fear was melting away at his resolve like a rock in lava. Bob knew that he couldnt stay here for any longer. Giving into his fear he vaulted over the ramparts, leaving the doomed castle to its fate and cleared the mob of decaying pigmen. The pigmen snorted as one and turned to the lone archer. :: He ran for his life. The winds of the the North carried him on his feet as he fled from the accursed place. Images flashed through his mind, pictures of his parents being torn apart by the undead, pictures of his friends dieing before his very eyes at undead arrows.
