Recruiting Assassins for Dummies

If you are reading this, you probably have been assigned to recruit members for the assassins. It is a very simple process, and I will explain it here: :: :: The first step is to choose an area to survey, usually an area around the Temple of Aegis is a good area. :: :: After you have selected an area and find someone you will try and recruit, get that person's attention, usually a friendly greeting, such as "Hello" or "Hail" is fine. :: :: The next step is to ask a little about the person you are trying to recruit, with something along the lines of "What are you doing here?" or "What do you do?" This step is to evaluate if someone is already busy with something else, and to save your time. :: :: After you have found someone who you think is ready to be recruited, tell them what you have been assigned with something along the lines of "I have been assigned to recruit for the assassins from the west." :: :: They may have questions about the guild, but ignore these, quickly after you have done the last step, say the goals of the assassins. Something along the lines of "The assassins' goal is to fight and eliminate the undead and the supporters of the undead." This step is to stop the assumtion that we are criminals. :: :: After this, they may have questions, from here on, I do not have much help, but expect questions about items and living area. :: :: Once you have convinced this person to join the assassins, give this person time to collect their things and say their goodbyes. Lead them to Masyaf, but look back to make sure they have not fallen behind. :: :: Time to recruit one person can vary very often. This task takes much patience. You can spend more than four hours, and not one person will be willing to join, but be persistant, and good luck!   hello!
