The Founding of Masyaf: Chapter One

The Brotherhood was founded on the beliefs of honor, loyalty, and sanctity.  Goleth , the guild's founder, traveled to the grand city of Aeriel on a business trip.  Upon arrival he came upon a young elf by the name of Ev.  Ev had been on guard duty, and had been having trouble with the local Templar society.  Their leader, Titus, had been disobeying the laws of the city, claiming that being the leader of the Templars was above the position of any town guard. :: Many citizens had filed complaints with Ev, telling of attacks and unlawful entry to their homes. Even denizens from beyond the city walls had been having problems with him. ::  Ev and Goleth spoke for a long time of Titus' power-drive, and decided that he must be brought down. :: :: End of Chapter One
