The Human goes by the name of "Chapman" he is the head Mercenary Leader for the Nical Empire He has a white and red outfit with grey hair and a stubble beard. As soon as you find him, either interrogate him to find a Brown Bearded Dwarf, who   is also a Mercenary that works under Chapmans command. Or, you kill him and bring me his jawbone.
