as you may or may not know lumas died(perma died) and after his death, i became the owner of his house, and was wondering if 1) i could become an owner of the regon (amh16) becuse im renting the house out, and it would be easyer for me to give them perms and 2) if you could remove his locked chest so that they are able to use it for there stuff  please right back if you are able to do this, or if you are not, i shal awate youre anser (i have a mailbox for the ancer to be sent)
