By order of Viceroy Gordok Yon Hammer of Alras, this official waiver grants Evark permission to wear his hood inside the city. This waiver is granted due to a medical condition Evark has. Evark is to carry this waiver on his person at all times within the city of Alras and if questioned by guards about his hood, he should present this document to avoid penalty.
