I am the Quest Giver... I am often called "Quest" or "The Quester"! I hand out many interesting quests to those who wish to partake! My most popular Quest is the one about slaying the mightiest tree in the forest near by with my trusty [Mighty Fish Of Tree Slaying] The reward is usually 2 [Iron Ingots], and 100 Minas... I often sit outside my tower, originally a abandoned Dwarvern relic from the orc wars. To note, I usually keep one of my chests open, thus you found this book! Take good care of it, as it might become a mighty artifact itself, hopefully it'll be called [The Ancient Tome Of Quester]. Usually folk think me odd, mad even... But cant a humble dwarf help new folk learn their footing, and become mighty knights of the realm? Seems not.
