Dean Challenging

Many believe that they have the skill to become a Dean. Deans are the highest rank in the Oasis Crafters.  There is only 1 Dean per category. Deans have the right to assign their category a project. Deans are equipped with mighty power :: Deans are very respected, however, they can be challenged. When Deans are challenged and the Dean accepts, with a founder's approvel, the competition ma y begin. The competition will be judged by one/both of the founders.  The founder will issue what the  competiters are to make. :: If the challenger succeeds in defeating the Dean, the challenger will be  crowned Dean of his/her category. However, if they challenger loses the competition, the challenger must wait 30 ((IRL)) days to challenge once again. Good luck to all challengers and build on!
