6867 Job Payment jtringl ::When the guild takes on a job, we expect payment. Payment usually comes in three forms. Items, land, or minas. Minas is the easiest to deal with, but we still accept the other forms. ::When taking items as payment, the items will go strait to the accountant for the division. The accountant will divide them up evenly amongst the workers, and take out the guild cut. Accountants know the value of each item, so trust them to do it right! ::When we recieve land as payment, it can be a bit trickier. Immediately the founders should be notified. They will decide whether or not the guild needs the land. If they decide the guild does not need the land, they will either sell it and divide the money up between workers, or give the land to a specific worker. If we give the land away, workers will be payed with guild funds. If the founders decide we do need the land, however, we will build a guild hall there and pay the workers with guild funds. ::Minas is the easiest to deal with. The minas is paid to the accountant, who then divides it up. The percentages go as follows: ::10% Guild Fund ::5% Division Dean ::5% Accountant ::5% Division Fund ::75% Workers
