Insubordination - This is defined as directly violating a valid order of a superior. This includes failure to obey a valid order, and dereliction of duty. Depending on the order violated or ignored, this could result in demotion, extra-labor, or removal from the Vanguard. :: :: Assault - Striking a member of the Vanguard, an innocent Citizen of Malinor, or an innocent visitor of another nation is considered Assault. Depending on the severity, such as if weapons were used or not, if lethal intent was involved, or the station of the victim (citizen, officer, or nobility). Punishment could result in demotion, extra-labor, removal from the Vanguard, as well as any civil punishments the Elven Council may decide in addition. :: :: Undead are not considered innocent and should be treated as monsters. :: :: Theft and Wrongful Appropriation - Stealing anything from the Vanguard, member of the Vanguard, or anyone else is not permitted. The Vanguard does not harbor thieves and brigands.
