Kamees, 19th of The Deep Cold, 1340. I.... I don't know what to say. I have lived in Winterfell for over 20 years. My estate has always been home to me, and in more recent years, my family. Now...... I sit here... in the rain.. watching the Winterfell I once knew, being turned into ruins..... by the undead. For the first time in over 20 years.... I don't know where to go.... where to take my family! If I stay here.... my family will surely be destroyed. No...
