apparently orcs really are quite...different in their promotion rituals they promote people by having them do contest to see who really deserves the promotion the contest is quite weird. the head orc commands the troop to throw his stuff into a pit, an and picks up his stuff. maybe it is a test of loyalty. strange indeed afterwards he is rewarded with a shiny new rank.
